About The Meditation:
The most effective form of meditation and relaxation is this meditation. It has been devised after a series of experiments by Prem Amit. During the session, effective use of self-awareness techniques and sound vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls will make you feel vibrant, active, energized, and at the same time will provide deeper healing and relaxation.

Prem Amit is a certified meditation facilitator from OIMR in Pune, He has been facilitating various meditations and mindfulness workshops since 5 years. He was also part of the UAE Meditates organizing team under which free community meditations were organized for the community in Dubai. He offers different meditation practices to the community at large through diverse techniques which includes breathwork, bodywork, sound, dance and even laughter. He is also a certified Hypnotherapist with deep interests in Sufi meditation practices, Yoga and Tantra and practices. Prem conducts individual and group sessions for Meditations, mindfulness, relaxation, Stress relief, Anger Management, Emotional well being.
