About The Training:

This course is open to anyone who wants to learn the basics of the Sound Massage including, health and wellness professionals who intend to pursue training in Sound Massage, as well as individuals who want to help their loved ones – spouses, children, family members, pets, and friends to alleviate symptoms of stress including:

– Tension and the accompanying aches, Insomnia

– Trouble falling asleep

– Pain – including joint and back pain

– Menstrual cramps

– IBS

– More energy and a whole lot more

The benefits you can expect are astounding! As an added benefit, every time you administer a basic sound massage, you will also benefit from the treatment — doing good for others, while doing something good for yourself.

During this training module, we will build upon the basic applications of the Sound Massage. The focus of the Level I training course was on the physical body, during the Level II training course, we will move from working on the body to the bio-energetic field, also referred to as the aura that surrounds our body.

You will refine and emphasize your awareness and appreciation of this energy field. You will expand your sensitivity of our body energetics and the effect of sound frequencies and its corresponding vibrations. You will develop your focus on the “power of consciousness”, the mental focus and inner attitude which is the base — the summation and the wholeness — of our method and our actions as a Sound Massage practitioner. The seminar contents expand the resonant capabilities and enable intuitive action based on intense personal experience in individual and group situations as well as the technical and theoretical level.

Course Objective:

The goal of this training is to familiarize you, the participant, with the basic principles of the Sound Massage. Not only will you have the opportunity to experience the “Sound Massage” yourself, you will also receive your first instructions in sound massage applications.

The curriculum incorporates the use of therapy “grade” singing bowls and gongs where the student will learn how to work in the human energy field to clean, strengthen and harmonize the subtle body, strengthening health in the holistic sense —as without, so within and vice versa.

Course descriptions:

– History of “Sound Massage”

– Information about various types of singing bowls and mallets

– Sound massage theory.

– Experience the sensation of the sound in the body

– Demonstration of the basic sound massage

– Guided practice of the basic sound massage in pairs

– Independent practice of the sound massage in pairs

– Group discussions

– Application of the “Sound Massage” — possibilities, safety and limitations.

– The aura, the human energy field, and it’s significance in sound work.

– Awareness and sensing of the energy field through our hands

– Sensing of the energy field through the sound of singing bowls and gongs

– Applications of the singing bowls and gongs in the aura, aura painting, and packing

– Principles of grounding through sound

– Cleansing, strengthening and harmonizing the aura with fen gongs

– Practicing new elements with basic sound massage

• Major Events such as Full-Day Training Courses and Workshops Outside Illuminations | Maximum number will depend on the venue.
  • If you are vaccinated, It is mandatory to send a copy of your Vaccination Card or the Al Hosn App Confirmation in advance.
  • It is mandatory for all participants to wear a mask at all times following the 1-meter social distance.
  • For unvaccinated participants, It is Mandatory to take a PCR Test within 48 Hours of the event. Please send the PCR test confirmation in advance and send the Result once you received it to our WhatsApp Numbers
  • Rules may change from time to time and we will update you accordingly.
  • For Onsite Events – Please proceed to the 4th Floor, 409 Reception for Attendance, Temperature Check and other precautionary measures.
  • For Events outside Illuminations – Attendance, Temperature and other precautionary measures will be double checked at the venue.

• Please be advised that we cannot be able to accommodate you for a certain event without the Vaccination Confirmation or PCR Test.

• • Applicable for all Full-Day Training Courses and Workshops that requires the participants to take off the mask, a non-liability letter will need to be signed by the client upon registration or confirmation of Joining.

• Please be advised that some of our Group Events will be held in a hotel in order to accommodate all our clients. We will advise you as early as possible prior to the event for the final venue.

 

ONSITE GROUP EVENT GUIDELINES & PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:

The well-being of our clients remains top priority following the precautionary measures in place in all our branches:

• Please arrive at least 20 or 15 minutes prior to the session to allot a time for the parking, precautionary measures and final preparation.
• MASK IS MANDATORY Before entering the center. The waiting area will be outside the 409 Meditation Room.
• All the temperatures of the Employees, Facilitators and Clients will be checked daily using the Thermal Monitor. All clients who have symptoms and temperature above 38° Celsius will not be permitted to enter the center.
• Sanitizers are available at the Reception, Therapy and Training Rooms.
• All employees and clients must wear masks at all times as soon as they enter the premises. Non-compliance will lead to denial of entry.
• All clients must wear masks at all times during Group Events.
• Maintain 1-meter Social Distancing at all times.
• Disposable cups and utensils will be provided.
• Online course, training and sessions option available.
• Deep Cleaning with sanitization.
