About The Meditation:

Our heart chakra is the center of love which on a physical level governs the heart, lungs, shoulders, arms, and hands. If we feel unloved, unlovable, or rejected, we close down our heart chakras.

When our heart chakra is open our immune system is strong as we radiate warmth and love to ourselves and others. In this meditation we will connect to Archangel Chamuel and his twin flame, Charity to heal our heart, to help us to forgive and release the past and expand the flame of love in your heart.
