A Gong Bath Meditation is a unique experience. As someone who had just experienced a gong meditation once said, Your mind, your thoughts, your molecules, your existence, and electromagnetic psyche, has no power over this sound.

The vibrations of the gongs create deep relaxation, freeing us from the avalanche of thoughts our mind releases. The sound and vibrations stimulate the glandular system to a higher level of functioning. The entire body becomes a giant ear, as each pore opens to invite the sound in. The Gong Bath clears and cleanses any leftover emotional blocks and debris that no longer serve you.
